    Do you have a dim sum recipe for the little plate of tripe? Itโ€™s always a go to with the chicken feet.

      I have quite a few Dim Sum recipes including one for chicken feet, but I haven’t made tripe yet. I’ll test the recipe in the future. Meanwhile, hope you’ll find a reliable recipe elsewhere.

    Love the detailed and easy to understand recipies. Unfortunately most I looked at (dumplings) are with meat and as our intention is to reduce that I struggled. It wold be great if you had a category “vegetarian”.
