Hi Wei, I just joined. Looking at your recipes and got interested in Easy Peking Duck. Just wondering if I can substitute chicken instead? Please advise if there are any revisions to the recipe that I need to be aware of. Thank you.
Wei Guo says
Hi Elizabeth! I haven’t tested this recipe with chicken but I think it works as long as you adjust the cooking time since chicken is usually much smaller. Also, you might be interested in my whole chicken recipes, such as Five Spice Roast Chicken, Smoked Chicken.
